Hamworthy moved up to 6th place with a single goal victory at Sturminster Newton Utd with the all important goal coming from a penalty conversion by Gary Williams in the 75th minute. This was the Hammers 7th league victory and gives them the double over Sturminster Newton having beaten them in the league at the County Ground by the same score in October. They meet again in the League Cup here in two weeks time, the Hammers having lost the away leg 2-0.
