Friendly (Saturday 17-07-10)
Hamworthy United turned in a creditable performance against the Zamaretto League Team who were in the play-offs last year under their former name VT. Once again the main difference between the two teams was the finishing. Sholing really did not create any more chances than the Hammers in an evenly contested game, but they did find the net twice one in each half to make sure they won the game.

Wednesday 14-07-10(Friendly)

The Ex-Conference high fliers showed their class with some clinical finishing. Hamworthy were perhaps a little unlucky to find themselves 2-0 at the break, but with changes to both teams and three quick goals after the break gave them no chance of any recovery. Having said that the Hammers did continue to try and play football and there were one or two useful performances against their full time professional opponents.
